Leadership requires adaptability and agility. So, if you’re trying to figure it all out in your 30’s or still working on it at 45 and 55, you’re on the right track… and you’re certainly not alone. Aligning our career aspirations and ideals with what the world throws at us has its challenges. Here’s your opportunity to hear how other leaders navigate, define and create their leadership lifestyle.

Join us and our esteemed panel as we examine how women at various life stages, in different roles and industries, have navigated their paths, weaving together aspirations and values. Did they have a career roadmap? How have their values impacted their career progression and their leadership? Where have they seen change? Did they know that leadership was their destiny? How did they prepare themselves? During this ninety minute session, we will answer these questions and allow for an extended period of Q&A to address your questions.

Andrea Anderson – “Thirty-something”– Gaining her foundational experience as a product line manager at Columbia Sportswear and apparel brand strategist at Amer Sports, she is a passionate business manager, and, a natural networker with an entrepreneurial spirit. She is a mother of two, and juggler of diapers at dawn and 6am global phone conferences.

Maureen Winningham – “Forty-something” – Holding leadership roles in learning, development and training for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Intel, Bank of America and Limited Brands, Maureen is currently the Global Director of Learning at McAfee. She is a mother of one, Girls in STEM advocate, lecturer, public office candidate, and patient wife of a stand-up comedian.

Linda Goldstein – “Fifty-something” – Linda’s role as Vice President of Global Sourcing and Production at Lululemon, along with senior positions at Nike and Adidas have taken her to places in the world where women have yet to gain their rights. As a single mother of one, she and her son lived as expatriates in Hong Kong, India, and Canada. Currently she is embracing her value based philosophy and beginning her next chapter as an innovative consultant in the supply chain domain.
